Tov Group’s newest acquisitions, include two Class A premium office buildings in upstate New York, two loft-office/light industrial properties in Ahuntsic-Cartierville, a large on-campus student residence in Laval, a major well-known commercial/office loft building in the Plateau-Mont-Royal, multiple loft/commercial offices in the suburbs of Montreal and a portfolio of government leased office buildings in the Gatineau area.

Present Quebec office investments are in Montreal, Laval, Joliette, Blainville, St-Eustache, and Gatineau. They house many quality tenants such as Centric Brands Ltd. (Buffalo David Bitton), Ville de Montreal, Ville de Gatineau, Service Canada, the FTQ, the MUCTC, Federal Government offices and medical clinics among others. One of our larger Montreal properties is 5000 d’Iberville, a trendy, loft-style commercial/office building in the Plateau-Mont-Royal area.
