NEW ACQUISITIONS

Tov Group’s newest acquisitions, include two Class A premium office buildings in upstate New York, two loft-office/light industrial properties in Ahuntsic-Cartierville, a large on-campus student residence in Laval, a major well-known commercial/office loft building in the Plateau-Mont-Royal, multiple loft/commercial offices in the suburbs of Montreal and a portfolio of government leased office buildings in the Gatineau area.

Residential

With more than 1,000 apartment units located in 35 residential buildings of various sizes in different cities and areas around Québec, Tov Group continues to grow their portfolio in different markets.

Industrial

The group’s holdings are largely north of Montreal and feature such industry leaders as AXYZ International, Devtek Aerospace and Naya Water, industry leaders with long and short term leases.

Loft and Office Buildings

 Present Quebec office investments are in Montreal, Laval, Joliette, Blainville, St-Eustache, and Gatineau. They house many quality tenants such as Centric Brands Ltd.  (Buffalo David Bitton), Ville de Montreal, Ville de Gatineau, Service Canada, the FTQ, the MUCTC, Federal Government offices and medical clinics among others. One of our larger Montreal properties is 5000 d’Iberville, a trendy, loft-style commercial/office building in the Plateau-Mont-Royal area.

Retail centers

Investments are mainly in Montréal and Joliette and include such tenants as JC Perrault, Chez Cora, Tim Hortons, Sany, Club Atmosphere and Rogers. Discussions are now underway for a potential acquisition in the greater Québec City area.

Student Residences

Résidences Étudiantes Montmorency/Le 1600 is a beautiful on-campus student residence located at College Montmorency in Laval. Strategically situated near the Laval Metro and central to University of Montreal, the residents of the property include both College Montmorency students as well as stagiaires working in the major Laval pharma market.  Conveniently located near Place Bell, Carrefour Laval and the trendy Centropolis open-sky urban lifestyle centre.

Condo Development

Tov Group partners and invests with condo developers throughout Québec helping them break ground and start the actual construction process. One recent major project is a partnership with Cité Mirabel in the new construction of Skyblü Urban Condos.
