In 2009, Tov Group moved into sale lease backs and partnerships with large operating companies such as Naya Waters, a brand leader in the food and beverage industry. Naya is the largest and most recognized spring water company in Quebec.
With a complete environmental commitment, Naya is committed to reducing its carbon footprint. It recently introduced bottles made from 100% recycled plastic, in addition to donating 1% of its revenues to the protection of the environment.
Neopharm Labs Inc.
In 2012, Tov Group invested in the life sciences industry, with its acquisition of Neopharm Labs Inc. and Warnex Analytical services which were then consolidated into Neopharm.
Today, after being in business for over 30 years, Neopharm is the largest Québec based FDA and Health Canada approved testing facility. Neopharm represents Canada’s largest privately owned and operated testing lab performing specific protocols not available at many of its competitors.
Growth in this part of the group’s business has been exponential to the point that in the fall of 2016, Neopharm acquired Averica Discovery Services in Boston, Massachusetts which expanded Tov’s reach into the United States.
With two facilities in Canada (In Blainville and Laval) and a third in Boston. Neopharm services all major pharmaceutical companies in Canada and the U.S.
